I noticed that the web site also said " Ambassade Royale du Cambodge et Mission Permanente du Royaume du Cambodge auprès de lOffice des Nations Unies et des autres Organisations Internationales à Genève en Suisse." They also stated " Mission Permanente du Royaume du Cambodge à Genève, Suisse - Tous droits réservés 2012." The meta header had Embassy as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by Mission, Cambodia, and Geneva which isn't as important as Embassy. The other words the site uses is Switzerland. Ambassade is also included and might not be viewed by search parsers.
